previous BSA id 136899517
was recently transfered into our troop. Scouts mother has two profiles that need to be merged the second one all lowercase has the correct email address.

@JohnBurnham This should be fixed.
Please ask the user to contact the local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up her child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, she should be listed as parent only under her primary BSA member ID number: 140685901. They should remove her if listed as paret under any other BSA member ID numbers. Otherwise, her BSA member ID numbers will likely get switched around when one of her children Recharters / renews.

A Pack Admin will need to go to the Scout’s Membership page in Scoutbook, click on the pack membership and add an end date.
