I have Youth Member ID: 140567775 who appears to have a parent listed twice. The correct one is 140567789 and the other appears to be a duplicate. Can we merge these two parent profiles into a single one, leaving only 140567789?

I would recommend having him contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his children. In the “Relationships” section, he should be listed as parent only under BSA 140567789. They will want to remove him if he is listed as parent under any other BSA member numbers. Otherwise, his BSA member numbers might get switched at Recharter, and this could result in the creation of another Scoutbook account.
