Need to merge two SB accounts

Hi all, one of our parents has two SB accounts that need to be merged. Could someone help me out? thanks.

If you can post the BSA IDs and/or Scoutbook User IDs associated with the accounts (no names please!) and specify which information you’ve posted, the SUAC folks can likely help out (or at least help diagnose the cause).

Are these BSA IDs or Scoutbook User IDs? The SUAC folks will need to know that to find them.

@JohnDean4 You had a mix of BSA member number and Scoutbook userID, but I was able to figure it out.

This parent needs to log in with her my.scouting username – not her e-mail address.
