I am working with a unit where a committee member has two Scoutbook accounts associated with their unit. When they log on using their username/password (same as my.scouting.org credentials), their profile has no BSA member number associated with the Scoutbook account. They have another Scoutbook account with their correct BSA member number but they cannot log onto that particular account at all.
In summary, here is the information that I see in their unit’s Scoutbook unit roster:
Scoutbook ID: 2384777 BSA Member Number: 13287576
Scoutbook ID: 9977660 BSA Member Number: None
She would like the Scoutbook ID 9977660 to be associated with the BSA Member Number 13287576 and the Scoutbook ID: 2384777 to be removed entirely.
