Need up with parent accoutn

Troop 1402 - Sunrise- Michigan crossroad concile.

I am try to link a parent to a current youth. (removed by Moderator) the parent is not getting email and does not seem to be linked correctly.

I sent her a link from scoutbook. I get the message. " This user have not set up SSO in scoutbook.".

The parent had created an account in my.scouting.org. removed by Moderator Member ID141568896

What am i doing wrong?

@lisaLudwig - please do not post names in a public forum. BSA ID numbers are sufficient

@lisaLudwig I have merged the parent’s Scoutbook accounts. Please ask her to log all the way out, then log back in again.
