Eagle Palms are showing up in my Needs Approval Report for scouts that are not yet Eagle rank. If I approve them, they will show on the Needs Purchasing Report. For both of these reports, having Eagle palms listed means I can’t select all to approve or purchase. I need to go one by one through the scouts to finish these reports which more than doubles the time. Either remove Eagle palms from showing until Eagle rank is awarded, or allow the check boxes so I can select individual items to approve.
Note that the report says “award requirement”, not “award”. It’s most likely to do with having earned more elective merit badges than those required for Eagle.
Have they when you have done it before?
Thanks for clarifying. You are correct that it was just requirements and not full palms being awarded.
