Needs Awarding items where not purchased and need to go back to Needs Purchasing

Sorry for the duplicated question but I am lost.
I created a PO we went to the scout store and several items where not available. That PO 505654 is closed and under needs awarding I have several items.

How can I step by step please get those items back in the Need Purchasing Report area to check on them to add to a new PO?

David,

Go to your closed Needs Purchasing reports. Select 505654 then delete it. Go back to Needs Purchasing and add everything you were able to purchase with 505654 and add them to a new PO. Close lose the new PO.

Everything you did not purchase will still be on the Needs Purchasing report.

Ok I deleted that PO 505654 and now its only showing that 3 adventures and 2 Awards need to be purchased is it because the others have already been marked as awarded?

Yes, items that have been marked as Awarded do not show up on Needs Purchasing Reports / Purchase Orders, because they don’t need to be purchased.
