Needs Purchasing/Awarding Report not showing

Has your council processed your pack’s recharter yet?

I discovered this problem because I entered advancements for kids other than mine and I wanted to print a report.

Yes my unit is synced with IA.

I don’t think they have because dropped members are still listed in the roster. I did not have this issue in December.

Try logging in at my.scouting.org and go to the Organization Security Manager for your pack. See what it says for your pack’s Expiration Date.

Well this is odd, I can’t get to the Organization Security Manager for my pack and under my profile it doesn’t show me having any active positions.

This may be related; I just tried clicking on Pack Reports, and got the message “No Reports Available” Same thing if I click on Den Reports for my den, or the reports for an individual scout. It was working this morning!

Update: seems to have fixed itself.
