"Needs to Register" Error for Dual-enrolled Scout

Hello,

My Scout is dual-registered in Troop 806 and Troop 673 right now while we are evacuated from the Middle East. Scoutmaster for 806 is trying to update MB requirements status and can no longer edit my Scout’s account in Scoutbook Plus. The Scout’s renewal status now says “Needs to Register” for Troop 806 but appears fine for Troop 673.

Scout ID is 142202817.

Is it possible to reactivate his registration for 806 while keeping the registration in 673 active as well?

@AndrewLanders well this is a multi council issue so the scouts have multiple identities. If they want all advancement under one identity the units need to work together. Or we can make another Scoutbook user for the Scout, but the advancements are not going to match, and the scout will need to know which account the real and all advancement is stored.

@AndrewLanders One troop needs to be the one that is responsible for recording the Scout’s advancements. If you want that to be Troop 806, we can make that work.

@JenniferOlinger OK, got it. We need to finish the Scout year (just another week or so) with 806 so the advancements can be recorded. After that, my Scout will fully transition to 673 in time for summer camp with them later this month.

@AndrewLanders Troop 806 should be able to record advancements now, although they might need to wait for the overnight sync to run.
