Request Help with "Needs to Register" Error

Request help @edavignon for Scouts showing a renewal status of “Needs to Register” in Scoutbook Plus while showing up to date in my.scouting.org.

This is an issue with dual registration. They are(were) registered with two troops in two councils, but are no longer active with one.

Membership numbers:

Scout 1: Inactive MID is 13850014 and active MID is 141528761

Scout 2: Inactive MID is 140776572 and active MID is 137477966

I fixed this once, but can’t seem to get it straight this time. Appreciate the assist!

I put the correct MID back on their Scoutbook accounts.
