Leader and 2 Scouts showing as "Needs to Register" in Scoutbook Plus

Two scouts and their parent leader transferred into our troop this year and all was working fine originally. Now they do not show correctly in Scoutbook Plus, and have a Renewal Status of “Needs to Register” in Scoutbook Plus, but show correct as “Current” in my.scouting.org.

I suspect this has something to do with dual registration. They are registered with a troop in another state (in order to attend an event with the troop) but they have attended nothing else with that troop and Troop 1 is their main troop.

Membership numbers are:

Scout 1: 134750460

Scout 2: 134750437

Scout Leader (dad of the two):10879748

Any thoughts as to what I can do to correct these scouts so that they show properly in Scoutbook Plus, in addition to Scoutbook and my.scouting.org?

I switched the MIDs on the Scout’s accounts and merged the dad’s 3 Scoutbook accounts.
