New Adult Leader missing in SB+

I have a new adult leader who is missing from our roster in SB+, but is showing in the My.Scouting.org roster.

ID # is 14057012. Can anyone help fix this?

Membership was paid and SYT was completed on 5/3/2026.

If this is for troop 235, it looks like you should see them. Try going to filters and click the reset filters button (even if they look correct).

@SUSANNEJOHNSON once they register they often appear in SB+ then disappear while the Criminal Background check is being processed - that can take a week or 2

Thank you. That worked. He’s showing expired 4/30/26, but renewed his membership on Sunday. I’ll reach out to our council office tomorrow. Maybe his payment is still being processed.

@SUSANNEJOHNSON The registration is not active yet. It is most likely that the background checks have not completed.
