I just became Advancement Chair. I can see my Troop Roster, but when I click on a name it tells me I am not connected to the Scout. How do I get access to my Scouts?

@HeatherPienkos - was that functional role set for you in my.scouting.org?
You need to ask a Key 3 member to go into my.scouting.org, Roster → Functional Roles tab and add the Advancement Chair role for you. About 24 hours later you will have the correct permissions in Scoutbook.
