I am the Unit Advancement chair but was just giving troop admin access instead. It worked until 2 weeks ago when I only have access to my own two kids and like 3 new scouts. All existing scouts changed to view only which does work to complete my role. How do I fix?
@CarrieBrown - what are your registered positions in my.scouting.org and functional roles there?
Only registered adults can have roles in scoutbook and advancements.scouting.org
@CarrieBrown This should be fixed for you now.
@CarrieBrown If you go through the Troop Roster page in Scoutbook, you should be able to remove the date ended from your Unit Advancement Chair role and reapprove it.
