New Cub Scout Den Leader Cannot Update Old Advancements

I’m a new den leader for a Bear den of 3rd graders. I see all the kids in the den, but their profiles don’t reflect their prior belt loops and advancements at all. I tried to add in the previous advancements, but Scoutbook+ says they can’t “earn” those anymore as it’s a new year. I believe the prior den leader did not use Scoutbook. Is there a way to get these kids’ records accurate and complete?

A Key 3 can move the den back to the previous level with Edit Den. After that you can enter the Wolf advancements then have a Key 3 move the den back to Bear.

in the future, the pack should ensure all advancement has been entered before advancing the dens.
