Bear Den currently shows no rank advancement in Scoutbook, aside from one Scout listed as having earned the Lion rank in Kindergarten. Most of the Bears earned their Wolf rank in May, along with prior ranks in earlier years, but it looks like those sign-offs weren’t entered.
Is there a way to officially record the Wolf and earlier ranks in Scoutbook?
@AlecHurd- earlier ranks versons were supposed to be entered by the end of 2024
@AlecHurd to enter old ranks the scout has to be in the correct den for the rank. Past ranks and adventures are locked by date - you have to put in dates before that date
Yes… that makes sense. I’m guessing the unit made a mistake back then. Is there any way to go back and fix the missing ranks?
Advancement on the old Cub Scout program had to be entered prior to January 1, 2025. If your Scouts are missing advancement from the old program your only option is to ask your Council staff to record them via Registrar Tools.
If they were on the current program but not recorded, use Edit Den in Scoutbook Plus to move the Scout to the previous den, record their advancement for that den then return them to their current dens.
