New Cub Scout Missing from SB Plus

I accepted an application for a new Lion Scout (sibling of 2 others on our roster) about a week ago. The kid is showing up on my.scouting but not in our SB Plus roster for me to be able to assign him to a den.

Is this something you can help with or do I need to go through my council registrar for assistance?

You already put the Scout into the Lion den. There is a known issue accessing new Scouts. Watch Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of a fix.

I just assigned another one to that den (and a leader) and they disappeared as well, so that’s the problem!

Hopefully there’s a fix coming soon, we expect these Lions to earn some adventures in the next month and be looking for awards :slight_smile:

Try a hard refresh or incognito window. That has fixed the issue is some cases.

Sure enough! I can see them when I go to incognito. I’ll remember that for them until it gets fixed :slight_smile:
