Hello again!
I posted about an issue with awarding the Snorkeling and SUP awards to a scout back in early September. At the time, I discovered it was a known issue and being worked on. I hadn’t seen anything in the Change Logs addressing the issue, so I gave it another try today. After doing so, I noticed the error message is different than the one I received back in early September. I just wanted to post the new error message here in case it was unknown to the developers.
What is the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID (no names)?
I was able to duplicate this with one of my Scouts. I have reported it to the developers.

Could you tell me if the Totin’ Chip issues have been resolved? I have 2 scouts that the system thinks the award has been issued, but it hasn’t. If not, no worries. I’ll keep an eye out for that fix.
