New Merit Badge Counselor cannot connect to scouts

We have a Merit Badge Counselor that is also registered as an Assistant Scoutmaster in both our boys and girls troops, yet when we go to Invite a Counselor to a scout in Scoutbook - her name doesn’t show up in the list of options. I’m able to search for her BSA ID and add her eventually, but every other leader seems to show up in the automatic list of options except for her.

Would be really nice to get some help figuring out how to make her more visible so we can more easily add her.

@DanielDye if she is already connected to Scouts she will not show up - you can go to her connections > Select the Scout > add the MBC checkbox to the connection

Where do I go to see her connections?

@DanielDye - click on her name in the roster then scroll to connections

OK I’m just not able to see the connections I guess! I’m unsure why, as I believe I could in the past.

I don’t see the Connections anywhere…

You can’t see other leaders’ connections. You’ll have to go through the scout’s connections.

@jacobfetzer - thank you… sent that in the wrong direction. The connection manager was what I was initially thinking to see overall connections.

OK so I have to do it manually from all 70 scouts? That’s fine - was just hoping there’s an easier way :slight_smile:

I think the feature assistant extension could speed this up. There is an option under quick entry that starts a merit badge and I believe adds an MbC connection.
