We recently merged our girl troop and boy troop into a family troop. The scouts from the girl troop were transferred into the boy troop after it was reclassified as a family troop. I created a patrol for them in SB+ and placed them in the patrol. Now, the only way I am able to view their patrol or their advancements is to go through SB Legacy which redirects to SB+. I have gone through all the settings on the roster page and I am still unable to get them to show up on the roster in SB+. They are definitely on the roster in my.scouting.org. The adult’s that were added from the girls troop show up on the SB+ roster though.
@AprilEldridge - have you checked the filter settings ?
@AprilEldridge first I would click Filters and then click Reset there.
