Just used the new purchase order function on new Scoutbook and it lists each award separately instead of giving me x of y award. Now my purchase order print out is 3 pages long instead of 1.
I played with the filters but that doesn’t help. That’s not very convenient to have to add up each group of awards for each den on my own. Can we please make this more like the old Scoutbook PO?

Well, disregard. I went out and came back and now everything is totaled up nicely. Strange.
Ok, if I change grouping, like by “sub unit” which groups by den, it lists each award individually. It’s nice to group by den so when I’m picking awards, I can do each den at once and not jump around.
Printed PO still shows every single award separately and not totaled up.
I have passed this on to the developers.
I’m working on a purchase order and have the same issue. The items are grouped in the preview on the website, but the pdf has every item for each scout listed separately.
