New Purchase Order Report does not total awards and lists all awards individually

Going to the Scout Shop today with the new purchase order. Can this report be modified to include totals for each award and to sort by award name? The way it sorts now is just by “item type” and scout. So for instance, several scouts earned Space Exploration Merit Badge but they are each listed separately and alphabetically by first name. This makes it hard to shop efficiently for unit purchasers and scout shop employees. Can we get better sort and totaling options for this report? Or if I am missing a function, let me know. Thanks for your help.

The developers are aware of the issues with the new Needs Purchasing report. There’s a workaround described here:

It gets you back to the “old” Needs Purchasing report, which is still in the background for the moment (although without a convenient button to get there).

I found that I needed to log into classic Scoutbook first, then paste in the modified URL.
