New Scout has history and connections that arent his

I have a scout that joined in Nov 2024 and he has been connected to another troop and pack since that day and has cub award history…not his…just earned a troop rank…not his…wha do i do to get him disconnected and his Scoutbook reset or to start him a new scoutbook and connect him to that instead? i know this is a behind the scenes error and can send all membership information as needed to the programmers.
