New Scouts Disappeared from chartering tool

all of the sudden the new scouts that had been entered in the system (and were previously showing up, but with $0 behind their name) are no longer showing up in the Recharter at all. (they’re not under the “removed” tab either.)

These scouts show in my.scouting.org, but not in the recharter system.

This has been reported a few times now, and I know the registrar in my council has put in a ticket nationally for that issue.
