Newer scouts missing from recharter roster

Hi, when the recharter button first became available in mid-October all of our newly registered scouts appeared correctly on it. However, in the past month they have disappeared off my recharter roster. They are still in my Scoutbook and scouting.org rosters, just no longer showing on the recharter roster. My BSA ID is 129331712. The IDs of the scouts who are missing are:

14019694
137426480
137443048/137094903 (this is one scout who was recently transferred to my unit and for some reason is listed twice in my SB roster with different BSA IDs)

I have tried the refresh roster button but it hasn’t changed anything. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

My registrar opened a ticket with national for this issue yesterday.

Seems like a common issue. I have asked the developers to confirm they are working on a fix.
