We just crossed over a bunch of Scouts… they are showing up in our my.scouting.org roster and in Legacy Scoutbook, but not in Scoutbook+. Any ideas on why or how long we might have to wait for them to show up there? We initiated and accepted the transfers early this past weekend…
@GregoryStevenson1 first - you really should not be touching Legacy at all other than for MBC Work and Payment Logs.

@GregoryStevenson1 checking 3 - they are in New Scout Patrol. What I am guessing happened is someone made a new patrol in Legacy - which you can no longer do correctly.
The solution is to go to SB+ > Roster > Add Patrol and make another new patrol and add the scouts - you will see that you see them there. Then they will be in 2 patrols until a clean up is run to solve this for all units.
Legacy should not be touched unless for MBC work or payment logs - as problems can be created like this
i just cleared my cache and now i see them in there, that solved the problem. sorry for the trouble!
