Scout shows up in MyScouting, and Legacy but not Scoutbook Plus

I have a scout who shows in my.scouting.org roster, and shows in our roster in Scoutbook Legacy, but does not appear in Scoutbook Plus roster. I can make changes to his profile in Legacy, so i know he is connected to me.

How do I resync this data to get him to show up?

He is dual registered and shows 2 IDs, ID 135463081, and previous ID 141550214.

Not sure if this is what is causing the issue.

@AngelaThibedeau is the scout registered actively in 2 councils at the same time?

Yes, he is. Our troop is the one actively doing his advancements.

@AngelaThibedeau Those in Legacy mean nothing as many are near fake - only my.scouting matters.
So it is Troop 605 handling the scouts advancement? We can fix and give the scout 2 SB Users - the advancement will NOT match at all on the 2 accounts. ???

Yes, Troop 605 is maintaining all current advancement for this scout.

OK the Scout needs to understand - that the one troop is handling advancement so that troop needs to know about all of it - if the other troop puts something in it goes to the other account.
