@SoniaAsuncion trying to understand this - are you saying the Key 3 is not getting email when a new application comes in online, I think that only happens once or twice a week? Did the unit change to accept all youth with no action online?

Yes the units are set up to accept youth applications with no action only

One of my unit pack 97 just received over 25 new members. But the last 2 applications I didn’t receive an email notification for new youth member.

This is a contact your Council issue. The teams that develop the registration system do not monitor the forums and only accept bug reports from Council staff.
