"no data" in drop downs for activities; clearing cache not working

I am encountering the “no data” issue trying to log activities today (same issue with hiking, camping, and a service hours event). I have had this before and clearing cache or incognito mode worked. However, today nothing seems to solve the issue. Is there a known problem or other workarounds?

This is an example when clicking “Add Person” to the event.
However other drop downs such as Location are also empty.

Last week, as announced in the change log, the location field for campouts was changed to a free form field. The drop down that contained some camps was too difficult to maintain or determine which camps to display because not all Council camps are physically within the boundaries of the Council that owns them.

@Matthew OK first guess is one of 2 things. Your Scoutbook Admin and Key 3 Delegate ended 1/22 - so that might need to be re-established for you.
2. Your Unit has not begun its Charter renewal.
