System says to delete cache to save...still not working

I triued to enter srrvice hours for an event. The system returned the following message:

“You have encountered a problem with this feature. Please clear your cache and try again. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact your council.”

I cleared the cache and still not working. Exactly what would the council do to fix this or my account? Is this a known issue? What does the council need to do? It is unlikely they are reading this message board.

Same issue here, from multiple leaders in our unit. Must be the latest bug.

Is national working on a fix for this? I’ve been having this issue since Friday.

Fixes often do not happen fast - the other way to achieve this is go to Activity Logs > make the Log and save in the same date range as the calendar event > the go back and edit the Log > at the top you will see an area to Link Log to Event > Select the Event in the Dropdown and the same is achieved.

I just received the same error simply navigating to the calendar on my iPhone. From Scoutbook (saved as a shortcut/app on my home screen) I went to Scoutbook Plus and from my profile page to the calendar.

How does one “clear the cache” from the browser WITHIN Scoutbook? I can click on the icon to open the page in Safari and it works fine.
