I know the team is already working on this. However, I had a new domain pop up as an issue that I wanted to add to the list so the team is tracking it (in case the domain uses a different 3rd-party or an in-house blacklist). Hushmail.com is also dropping incoming Scoutbook emails.
updated my email address to one of the domains not listed and sent a test email, shortly after I received several notifications that my email had been found on the darkweb. Sounds like Scoutbook may have a virus worming its way through the system.

Just got an automated reminder today, and so sent myself a test message. It worked!
So at least the iCloud addresses appear to be sorted.
