Cannot grant my son access to Scoutbook using the “Edit Extended Information” tab in Scoutbook; routes me to “Edit Profile” tab. Selecting the “Edit Profile” tab sends me to his Scoutbook Plus Youth Profile screen; there is no option to give him access on this screen. Please assist and, thank you.
Sounds like scout has account - post the BSA # and we can see
Your older son should log in to Scoutbook using his my.scouting.org ID which is firstname.lastname
The easiest way to create a Scoutbook login for your younger son is to create a my.scouting.org ID for him. If the system will not let him do so because of his age, you may be able to create one on his Edit Extended Information page.
