I go to look at the reports for awards and I keep getting error messages. Please help
@DanaDietz need more specific data than that to help - what reports are you looking for
Primarily needs approval, needs purchasing, and needs awarded.
Everything for advancement I keep getting errors or no menu option.

There seems to be an issue ongoing with Scoutbook plus. For the last couple of days, every time I attempt to input earned adventure achievements, an error message pops up.
I am also having issues with the Reports section within Scoutbook. I’m looking for items that need approval, what needs purchasing, and what needs awarding. We have a Court of Honor on Monday and I need to purchase patches and prepare for the CoH. When clicking on “Troop Reports” within Scoutbook, I get the message “no reports available.” I don’t see a way to find the same information in Scoutbook Plus.
@HeidiKenkel Is this for the B troop? Or the G troop? You are not registered with the G troop, so that might be why you are having issues. If the G troop makes you a Troop Admin, the reports might work for you.
It is for the B troop.
@HeidiKenkel I think the issue you are having is because you have different permissions levels between the two troops.
I am also having problems with Reports within Scoutbook for both the Cub Scouts and Troop.

@JessicaSchultz - you have had access prior I would gather. You could try a hard refresh or log out then back in on scoutbook.scoouting.org
I have done that several times. I have not been able to get since yesterday.
I just got it to work somehow. I shut everything down again and went back in and it worked! Thanks!

I am having the same issues. I have issues with reports for all my units as well as for activity logs. Everything is giving me an error and I use to be able to do everything. I have Troop Admin status for two troops and always have so not sure what is going on all of a sudden.
