Not able to add Activites

I was able to add activities for my troop as a group,I am the advancement chair, and now i cannot add them. I was able to add them in July went to do the ones for September and October and now i don’t seem to have access to see my previous inputs on the the calendar. Was there a change?

Has your unit recently gone through rechartering? If so, your Advancement Chair role in the Organizational Security Manager at my.scouting may have “expired”, and needs to be reset by one of the unit Key 3 (CC, COR, SM).

If not, check under the fleur de lis in the top right corner when you log in to scoutbook.scouting.org (IA2) to see what positions you hold. Something else might have ended the position, and you may need it reset. If it still shows up there, then there might be something else going on.
