Not getting veriifcation code when change email address

I need to change my email address so it mathced my login email address, but i never receive the Verification Code. So here is what i did below:

Go to My Dashboard → My Account → Email → Type in New Email address (so i typed in my new email address that is same as the login) → select Next → type in your verification code.
It said the Verification Code will send to your new email address. I did not receive the code. Please help…

By the way, please use my login email address for all email inquiries as the email address in scouting distribution list would not work.
