I know this isn’t a new issue. But I’m getting new scouts in my Pack and when I click to see their information, I get a message that I’m not in the position to see it. Yes, I’ have all the right stuff (Committee Chair, Pack admin, green shield and even had my local council office check, I’m good). I can see my returning Scouts, just not new ones.
This is a known issue.
