Not linked to new scouts in Scoutbook

I have new scouts that have populated in Scoutbook for our pack(I am the cubmaster). I am attempting to add their parent’s information to send an invite to them to connect to their scout. It is telling me that I cannot do so because I am not connected to the scout. I have done this successfully last week with our first batch of new scouts that showed up in Scoutbook after registration. Any suggestions to correct would be appreciated

Try this:

  1. Go to your Pack Roster page.
  2. Click on your name.
  3. Click on your Pack Admin position.
  4. Click Update.

This should reset your Pack Admin connection to all Scouts in your pack.

@SpencerBrown do SB a favor - go to unit roster and hover over your name - look at the URL that is displayed and find UserID=XXXXXXXXXXXX - post that number here along with the same info for any scout you were not connected to please so data team can look at it
