MID is 133491387. Had lots of issues getting Den Chief position to show correctly. First: He was a Den Chief to P160. Unit is trying to END postion as Den Chief, and get this error:
When I look at his record as a Council Admin, I see this:
Unit and I are baffled. Any suggestions?

@MarianMcQuaid look at VST - Scoutbook - do you see the DC position there? is there a CLOSE feature?

When I look at his profile, I see his leadership positions. At the top, next to where it says Program Leadership, there is a pen. I click on the pen, then a pen and a trash barrel appear next to each position. When I click on the pen next to the DEN CHIEF, a box opens. It has a place for an end date, and a check box to approve the ending of the position. When I check the check box, I get that weird message, and nothing happens.

Yes. If I hit Close, will that do it?
That will end the Leadership position - the DC position is a pain
And see the DC position is NO Approved - so it is an unapproved position
They did say they had trouble getting the Den Chief position to show at all. now what?
Now I would have the Pack Try again - if it was a pack trying to make it.
If it was just a troop making it for a POR placeholder they can also do it.
I think both sides have tried, and that’s where the problem is. Want me to have the troop try again? does the Pack have to accept it?
a DC is only usable for a Pack if the Pack starts the process. Then the other units approves it. Then the Pack assigns to a den
AH! that may be part of the issue. Ok, I will ask the pack to start the process, and then have the troop try again.
The Scouts unit leaders will get an Email - BLAH BLAH has been asked to be a Den Chief - from there they can accept it
I just did it. I entered it in Pack 160, it said he is in a Crew(and he is), so I went there and approved it. I don’t see him on the Pack roster. Guess I have to wait until tomorrow to put him in a den. Will check on it tomorrow, and let you know.

It let me approve him in the crew side. Is it because I am in as Council Admin?
Was it through the email? Not sure if that will work. You would have to see if they are on Pack roster now.
