Old problem with Volunteer Support Tools not showing Scoutbook Account

I appeal to the great SUAC gods with an offering of a burnt marshmallow

Ok here is the situation. I have had numerous folks with issues and I cannot see there SB account in VST I sent a list of folks to national they have responded all is fine I have sent them screen shots of one example they still tell me all is well even though I can still not see the account… Any thoughts on this?


We have screamed from rooftops on it and will continue. Way national sees it now - there are no Council active memberships (for that given SB User that might be a Dupe or something), so council does not need to see them. Ignoring the fact that it is a council MID.

but beyond that he has a valid membership (he is a MBC) and we have gotten rid of any dupe accounts
