My pending items report in Scoutbook+ is showing shooting sports pin awards for AOLs but from three years ago when they were wolves. When I got into scout book there’s not even an option to look at the pins awards to make changes or remove from my PO. These are showing as pending items in my SB+ awards reports but not in my SB awards reports. How do I reconcile this given it is not the current year nor are these awards active/available anymore.

Thanks. It gave me an error about their birthdays and the approval date. But it let me approve anyways. As of now they have not showed up in needs purchasing, so hopefully it stays that way.
I would look at SB now and see if you can mark awarded in needs awarding report
