One of my new leaders came from another council. Now it shows they have 2 account. Their old one in Green Mtn council has all their training and YPT but they have no access to there scout or pack here in the Middle Tn Council. How can we merge these?
@RobertColeman6 the user can log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials
This works as long as the name and DOB match - all training will sync to Primary # - might still have 2 SB Users after that but we can help solve that too
