One Scout's Advancements are not showing up on Advancement Report or in the To Purchase, To Award, or History Tabs

I have a scout (ID 141007293) who’s approved advancements are not showing up on the advancement report. They show up as approved on their youth profile page, but are not showing on any of the To Purchase, To Award or History tabs.
On 9/3/25, I entered and approved their Archery (Webelos), BB Gun (Webelos) and Slingshot (Webelos) adventures.
The Advancement Report I ran on 9/5/25 did not have these listed, nor did my purchase report.

This scout has mysteriously moved from a Webelos Den to an AOL den on two separate occasions, and has been moved back to the correct den by the Cubmaster. I’m guessing this has something to do with the error.

Any idea how to fix this?

I have a scout (SB User ID: 12802548; Member ID: 141587611; Previous Member ID: 14677354) who I confirmed is registered with my unit and has six merit badges that have been approved, but not awarded. However, the six merit badges aren’t showing up on the purchase report that I’m running. I ran “To Award,” “Awarded,” and “History” reports and didn’t see this scout appear on any of these reports, even though she has earned many previous awards. It sounds similar to your error. Where you able to fix your error? Do you have any idea how I prompt Scoutbook Plus to recognize her? Thanks, Joe

I suspect this is because she is regsitered in a Troop in one council and Ship in your Council. This means she has 2 Scouting America Member IDs (MID)but Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus only support one MID. If the MBs are on a Purchase Order belonging to the Troop, they won’t appear on a Purcahse Order for your Ship.

When I run her Scouts BSA History Report I see 90 MBs, the same as I see in the database. I cannot see if MBs are marked awarded.

I need to know which MBs are missing in order to report this to the developers.

Weird, when I run the History Report, I don’t see the 90 MBs. Maybe because of the Troop/Ship issue you identified. The recent seven merit badges that have been approved, not awarded, and are missing from the purchase report are Sustainability, Pets, Animation, Nuclear Science, Graphic Arts, Chemistry, and Athletics. I have a scout that does not appear on the reports to be awarded or the purchase list. I am able to mark his achievements in scoutbook and they appear on the individual progress report and in his scout account but it does not appear on the purchase or to award list. I have had to manually write down his awards before sending it to the scout store for purchasing. The scouts member ID is: 141044416. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advanced

@MonicaContreras that scouts membership has expired - they are in the grace period - the not showing is a known issue. The scout needs to renew membership
