I am a Den Leader for Pack 0084 and then also Committee Member and Admin for a Troop 0084. I have Admin access to the Troop in ScoutBook, however I cannot see anything about the Troop in my.scouting.org (I can only see Pack information). Is there an error in the system?
@DeniseCollins Officially, you are only registered as a Den Leader with the pack. In order to have access to the troop at my.scouting, you would need to register (multiple) with the troop.

@DeniseCollins - only key 3 and their respective delegates would have access to a unit in my.scouting.org. Depending upon your role in the troop a discussion with a key 3 will need to be had on your assigned role in my.scouting.org.
