I was a cub scout pack leader and have moved onto our affiliated troop. I can see our troop in my scout book dashboard, and can see the troop roster, but I have no connections with scouts, other than my son. A former leader started to set up our troop in scoutbook, but bailed when it got too difficult. Do I need to assign 3 key leaders for the troop? Does the Cubscout pack still have access to our troop? What’s my next step to gaining access to boy scouts in the troop and begin updating advancement in scout book?
Key 3 leaders (COR, CC, SM), key 3 delegates, and advancement chair are automatic unit admins. You’ll need one of them to make you a unit admin if they are willing.
All registered leaders and scouts should be on your roster.
