Our Pack 129 Committee Chair (Atlanta Area Council) isn’t showing up in or able to access Scoutbook. When I search her to try to add her (I’m a Key 3 Delegate), it tells me she doesn’t have an e-mail address, even when I successfully find her by searching using her e-mail address. She has multiple id numbers, but she’s tried making sure the appropriate one is listed as primary. Our council registrar was unable to help. The number that is primary is 12105005 and her name is (removed by Moderator) (will give more information as needed, but trying to not over-share.)
@KatherineHunt1 OK that is cleaned up - I set an overnight sync to get her positions back in (or unit leader can add them) - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 14105005
