Our charter renewal is expired (pending) and now locked out of Scoutbook Plus

I logged in after the 1st of the year and our charter renewal is still pending (even though it was submitted in mid December). Because it did not renew on Jan 1 it says I am now locked out of access. Is this normal and should it fix itself when the charter renewal eventually processes (hopefully on Mon Jan 5th)? Or should I involve my DE? See below.

Once you have a unit (charter) all will work - if already submitted I would definitely ask the DE at least why it is not processed
