Pack Admins do not have correct permissions

None of the pack admins in our pack have permissions to edit the pack leadership, dens, and assign new scouts to appropriate dens in ScoutBook. Our Treasurer has reported that she is unable to edit payments and make reports. None of the admins can add new roles for leaders that are changing/adding responsibilities.

Is there a new process for these tasks?

The process has not changed.

Try having them reset their Pack Admin role, by having a Pack Admin:

  1. Go to the Pack Roster page in Scoutbook.
  2. Click on the name of a Pack Admin.
  3. Click on the Pack Admin role
  4. Check the box next to Position Approved
  5. Update

Repeat as necessary for any other Pack Admins having issues.

I tried doing that and so has our Committee Chair and we are unable to select the other leaders.

@ForrestBorn - try doing it for yourself first

I get the following error when I try to do it for myself:
Date Ended: You must be an admin in order to remove the End Date for this role.

The Date Ended field is blank and I tried using a future date but I get an error that future dates are not allowed. :confounded:
