Hello, my Scoutbook Plus calendar is no longer showing “Den Meeting” in the dropdown for “Event Type” and any events that were created in the past with “Den Meeting” in that field now have an empty “Event Type” field on them.
I tried selecting “Unit Meeting” and “Sub-Unit Meeting” for a new event to see if that would auto-select the appropriate members like the “pack Meeting” and “Den Meeting” options used to, and it doesn’t. Right now the only way to get people onto an event is to select them manually with an “Other” event type, I guess?
Anybody know what’s going on here, and when we can expect resolution?
@JaredReece1 It changed to Sub-Unit to be more generic for all units - If you select the Sub Unit Calendars and not the Unit - and choose Sub-Unit Meeting - the Auto invites act as you would guess even if multiple sub-units are selected.
This is what I see what I create a new unit-level event and mark it as a “Unit Meeting” event type. I still have the red alert text in the right hand box, and it doesn’t auto-add anyone from my pack.
It does look like it’s working for the den level for me now at least!
I’m getting the Scouts and associated leaders automatically added for den-level meetings as soon as I choose the unit/subunit, before I even choose the event type.
