That’s interesting, @DonovanMcNeil. I didn’t realize that. Are things approved in IA similarly invisible on the Scoutbook Needs Purchasing report?
I was able to resolve it by “unapproving” the approvals that I did and let her approve them on her end. They showed up for her as soon as I unchecked the “approved” and “awarded”

Just a note: If you want items to appear on advancement reports in Internet Advancement or Scoutbook, do not mark them as awarded. Items marked as awarded do not appear on advancement reports, because they have already been awarded / presented to the Scout. As a result, there is nothing to purchase from the Scout shop.
