If you go into the Pack roster and have it group the Scouts by Dens, any Scout not currently assigned to a Den is left off the roster. These Scouts should at least be included at the bottom of the roster and noted that they are not currently assigned to a Den. This would be similar to the Unit page that lists all the Dens and the “Scouts not in a Den” are listed at the bottom.

I have duplicated the issue on our test system and will report it to the developers.
Keep in mind that Scoutbook uses the den assignment to know which rank a Cub Scout is working on. Scouts not assigned to a den will not work properly in Scoutbook. I suggest any Scout not in a den be assigned to a den as soon as possible.
